Mary Mileo  Mary Mileo

Mary is a certified personal trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness. She has been personal training for 10 years and previously was a certified elementary school teacher for which she holds a Master of Science in Teaching.
Mary is extensively trained as one of Vision’s Weight Management Specialists as well as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Her diagnosis in 2005 with Type I Diabetes has been a key element in her dedication and passion for teaching others the importance of the connection between diet and exercise and leading a healthful life. She does this through educating her clients about proper nutrition and how to manage their weight without fad dieting.

My goal as a trainer is to help women and men of all ages understand that proper nutrition and exercise are the key components to staying "young and fit." The rewards are grea t when you challenge yourself and succeed.

   
Dan Scott  Dan Scott

Dan is a dedicated and motivated trainer who is always trying to stay up to date with new training styles and fitness equipment. He is a graduate from Sacred Heart University where he played 4 years of Division 1 Collegiate baseball as a pitcher and also received honors for his athletic accomplishments. Dan is a USA Weightlifting certified Sports Performance Coach, and also teaches Hitting and Pitching to Baseball athletes. He specializes in breaking down sport specific motions and customizing individual programs to help athletes reach their goals.
 Dan has been a certified Kettlebell instructor though Kettlebell Concepts since 2007 and he is the instructor for the specialty class. Dan has been a Personal Trainer since 2004 and has worked with clients of all ages ranging from adolescents to senior citizens. During his experience Dan has helped hundreds of fitness enthusiasts attain their goals such as weight loss, muscle building, pre/post rehab and athletic performance.

Originally from the Midwest, Janice found her way to the New York area via Broadway. After a short but successful career as a dancer, she started a family and realized fitness was the perfect career to express her creativity and use her energy. Janice is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. With 25 years experience, she keeps up with the latest fitness trends and has invented a few of her own. Janice provides encouragement to all levels of fitness whether it be one on one or in a group setting. With challenging, energetic and fun workouts Janice will help you achieve your fitness goals.
   
Ed Weiss  Ed Weiss

Ed is a certified personal trainer, successfully completing a 260-hour curriculum at the American Academy of Personal Training licensed by the Department of Education & AAPT. Ed was a standout running back for Colgate University and has been training at Vision Sports Club since 2009. There is nothing more gratifying than helping both children and adults achieve their fitness goals through functional and strength training, conditioning and active coaching in nutrition. In addition, he conducts TRX Suspension classes in one-on-one and group settings. Total Body Resistance Exercise utilizes your own bodyweight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Ed’s mission is to educate, help people achieve their fitness needs, while having fun doing so.

   
Janet DiDomenico  Janet DiDomenico

Janet has been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 15 years through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). She also holds certifications in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitations (PNF), Performance Flexibility, TRX, Kettlebell Level 1, CPR, First Aid and is an e3 Weight Management specialist. Along with personal training, Janet teaches high intensity group fitness classes. She has also completed 2 Marathons. Janet likes to challenge her clients and class members with all types of weight based and body based strength training for an overall balanced workout. “Keep challenging the body with different types of workouts and the body will respond. However, when it comes to weight loss, proper nutrition will always show the best results.”
   
Lisa Calitri  Lisa Calitri

Lisa is a veteran of the fitness industry for over 20 years. She maintains her certifications with NFPT, TPI – CGFI (Titleist Golf Fitness), TRX, KBC 1&2, WKC (World Kettlebell Club), JG Spinning, e3 Weight Management in addition to a Posture, Mobility & Performance Specialist. In 1996 Lisa was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Prior to her diagnosis, Lisa was ranked number 15 by the Woman's Professional Racquetball Association (WPRA). In November 2010 Lisa received accommodations from Bergen County for her work for and with disabled persons. Lisa especially enjoys working with individuals on weight loss/fitness goals and those seeking to improve their golf and tennis games. Lisa and her husband Vince love to play golf and spend time with their 2 dogs.
   
Fred Vavosa  Fred Vavosa

Born and raised in Northern N.J., Fred has dedicated himself to physical fitness since his early school years. Having participated in football, baseball, and basketball throughout his school years, Fred gained great training experience while challenging himself both physically and mentally. Fred joined the United States Marine Corps and graduated at the top 5% of his battalion for Boot Camp training. He moved onto Infantry Training Battalion where he excelled amongst his peers. His military career led him to become a firefighter where he utilized his training to ensure the physical safety of others. Fred is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as certified in Optimum Performance Training for Youth through NASM. Fred has been a trainer at Vision since 2011.
   
Connor Guinan  Connor Guinan
NASM-CPT, NCSA, CSCS e3
Connor is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as e3 Weight Management Specialist, and has been training friends and family for 20 years. He attended Bergen Catholic H.S. in Oradell, NJ where he played tight end on the 1991 State Championship Team and was honored with The Strongest Football Player Award. He graduated from Springfield College in MA where he received his BA in Sports Management while playing Division II football and baseball for a year. After graduating from Springfield, Connor worked on Wall Street for 12 years as a treasury bond broker and fixed income operational risk manager. He chose to leave Wall Street to follow his passion to work in the fitness industry in 2011. He helped out as an assistant freshman coach with the nationally ranked Bergen Catholic Football program in the summer of 2010. Connor enjoys training his clients in boxing, weight training, super sets, TRX and Kettlebells.
   
Maryellen Montera   Maryellen Montera

Maryellen is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She teaches spin, body and strength conditioning and jumpsport. Maryellen is a certified MADD Dog and Schwann indoor cycling instructor and has trained on Stages cycling with power meters. Knowing your power output is a quantitative, repeatable and measurable way to look at your perceived exertion and actual performance. Maryellen is a graduate of Dominican College where she played Division 2 Collegiate Women's Basketball and Softball. She was a three time All-American in basketball with a scoring record of 2,068 points. After graduating college, she coached high school girls’ basketball. Being an athlete her whole life, she learned about self-discipline and personal challenge both physically and mentally. Maryellen loves interval training and outdoor cycling. Maryellen believes "In giving 110%, don't short change yourself because when it's all said and done you get out what you put in.”
   
  Jordan Baum

Jordan Baum graduated from Cortland State University. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology Fitness Development. Jordan played Division 3 hockey at Cortland State and became a level 3 USA Ice Hockey Coach upon graduation. She interned as a strength coach at the United States Military. Jordan is currently the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Concordia College. She trains all the athletic teams. She was the Strength and Conditioning Coach for SUNY Purchase during the 2014/2015 season. Jordan uses the functional movement screen to identify any potential weaknesses or injury. Jordan uses the Reconditioning Approach to help you train hard and recover fully. Jordan's functional training approach encompasses the mind and body and provides clients or athletes.
   
  Robert Hirt
NSCA, CPT, CSCS
Robert is a certified personal trainer through National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga instructor. With a BA in Psychology, Robert has realized how our behaviors shape our existence. He played soccer for 4 years at STAC where he ranked in the Top 5 for strength and power each year. He was a former captain of the Westchester Flames U20 National Finals and played for two NASL teams. He currently is the Assistant Coach at Tappan Zee High School for boys’ soccer. Specializing in athletic performance, his other passions include yoga, calisthenics and nutrition. Robert has been a personal training since 2010 and teaching yoga since 2014.

Eric is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist. Eric is a lifelong Rockland resident and Clarkstown North graduate. Eric has always had a passion for sports. He was a three sport high school athlete, playing football, basketball and baseball. After graduation, he became an avid weight lifter as well. Eric graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Sports Marketing and continued playing baseball while at Clemson. He currently plays in a semi-pro men's league and also coaches kids of all ages in a variety of all sports. Eric's love for sports led him to become a movement specialist, sports & conditioning coach, baseball coach and instructor. Eric has a training background in functional movement- which focuses on getting individuals to move better. Eric’s true passion is helping others achieve and maintain their optimal health and fitness goals.
   
 Maureen Belcolle

Maureen is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a group fitness instructor and Kettlebell Concept Level 1 instructor. She graduated from Rutgers University with a BS degree in Nutritional Science. Maureen is also a certified Health and Elementary School teacher. She is the mother of middle school twin boys that keep her busy with their various sports. Maureen has been training for over 18 years and enjoys working with all levels and ages, through functional and strength training. She helps her clients find their inner strength to be able to raise the bar of their own fitness expectations.
   
 Rose Freeman
ISSA, Certified Yoga Instructor, Exercise Therapist
Rose graduated from The College of NJ with a BS in Exercise Science. She has been a Personal Trainer, Exercise Therapist and Group Fitness Instructor for over 25 years with an ISSA certification. She has taught classes such as Pilates, Tabata Boot Camp, Bender Barre, & PiYo. She is currently a registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga alliance completing more than 700 hours of training with E-RYT and RYT certifications. Rose enjoys working with all levels and ages on Functional Fitness Training. Her favorite class is Young at Heart where she teaches our senior members. Rose challenges them to take their personal weaknesses and turn them into strengths. Favorite quote "No such thing as perfect. You can always better your best!"
