TRX Suspension Training



Originated with the U.S. Navy SEALS, TRX Suspension Training is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. TRX Training is a fast and effective total-body workout that builds power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and helps prevent injuries. While traditional weight training often only works one muscle at a time, TRX forces you to use coordinated muscle effort while training muscles in multiple planes. TRX tightens your core, strengthens and lengthens your muscles and increases your flexibility.
