I have been teaching yoga for over 8 years.
I primarily teach Vinyasa flow with an emphasis on alignment, linking breath to movement, and always having fun - tailored for all levels.
My motto is “Be yourself because everyone else is taken.”


Aerobox Certified

Andre has been teaching boxing classes since 1999 and can also teach kickboxing, jump rope, and self-defense classes. Certified in Aerobox since 2000 and was recently promoted to 5th Degree in Guided Chaos which is a self-defense martial arts system. Over the years, he developed his own heavy bag and mitt work programs based on self-study, practice, and research.
My motto in teaching is: “Punch right every time and you will punch right every time “ which correlates to his philosophy of focusing on proper form and technique.

Living in Wellness” has been my credo for years, understanding that healthy living is not a goal, but rather an ongoing process. My personal journey includes a 44-pound weight loss, maintained for the better part of 15 years thanks to a willingness to stay open-minded about what our bodies need as they change over time. Angelica is a certified personal trainer and a group fitness instructor. I am happiest when supporting others in finding their own path to wellness, and feel lucky to live my passion each and every day!

Alisa is a certified instructor in group exercise, indoor cycling and youth exercise specialist, and she founded Marcie’s Movement, a fitness program designed for persons with special needs. Since Vision Sports Club’s opening in 2008, Alisa has been part of the Vision family, and she is thrilled to have the privilege of leading classes & helping members become the best version of themselves! Her mottos: “Everyone starts somewhere” and “It doesn’t get easier; you get stronger!”




200 hour Level 1 Yoga Certified intensive training with Birchwood Center

In 2014 Donna completed her RYT200 Training at Birchwood Yoga Center. Since then, Donna has over 500 hours of training and continues her long-term studies, which include attending online Master Classes in Stretch techniques, meditations & Pilates fusion. Using music to sync breath with physical alignment-based yoga flows, Donna will guide you through a yoga practice that will allow you to explore your edge & have fun. Donna’s goal in class is to create a vibe of comfort and well-being for all. Her Mantra is "IT’S ALL GOOD!"


SCHWINN, NASM/AFAA, TRX and BarreAbove Certified

I have been in the fitness business for over 10 years. SCHWINN, NASM/AFAA, TRX and BarreAbove certified, but currently expanding my education to include Reformer Pilates and Nutrition. This is THE BEST career I have ever had! No matter what I coach, I look to provide a total body workout. Each routine combines circuit-style intervals designed to build strength and test your endurance. My goal is to keep each class fresh and fun and to make my client's workout program plateau-proof!
My mantra is Attitude counts and Mindset matters.

Ed is a certified functional strength coach (CFSC) and a certified personal trainer with AAPT. Ed has been with Vision Sports Club since 2009, and has been training and coaching children and adults to achieve their fitness goals through functional strength training and conditioning. His mission is to educate and help people achieve their fitness goals, while having fun doing so.

When I first began my adventure with fitness I was anything but the picture of health. I was very overweight and I realized it was because of eating fast food and drinking soda on a regular basis.
I decided to do something about it. I immersed myself in a new lifestyle!
For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, warming up, eating healthy, and getting the necessary rest and sleep. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work.My goal is to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues.
I’m very passionate about helping others find happiness in life and feel good about themselves. I believe that when you FEEL GOOD, you excel in life!

NASM certified as a personal trainer. Physical education and Biology teacher at South Orangetown and I have been coaching football and baseball for 10 years. I have worked at Vision for one year working with young athletes as well as other individuals looking to get into better overall fitness.


Les Mills BODYPUMP certified instructor

I have been a fitness instructor since 2018 and I have been teaching BodyPump at Vision Sports Club for 5 years. I love teaching BodyPump because I believe in the collective motivation of group fitness and the importance of exercise to create and maintain a positive and healthy lifestyle. “Exercise not only changes your body. It changes your mind ,your attitude and your mood.” It’s never too late to make a change.


AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, TRX Certified, Power with watts Indoor Cycling Instructor by Schwinn

As a group exercise instructor, she teaches a variety of formats which include Indoor Cycling, Cardio Cross-Training, Core Conditioning, Total Body Conditioning, Boxing Conditioning, TRXSuspension Training, Boot Camp, Strength, BOSU Strength, and BOSU Core. She loves to help members to challenge themselves and for them to feel accomplished at the end of every class. She believes that practice makes progress and thus there’s always room to learn something different.

Jess has been a Group X instructor for 24 years! He began his spin career in 1998 and branched out to now include Group X programs such as Bootcamp, Cardio Sculpt, Body Pump and Kick Boxing. Certifications include madd Dogg Athletics, Les Mills, and AFAA.


Certified by National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), American Fitness Association of America (AFFA), ISCA Boxing Level 1 and TRX Suspension Training.

He has been in the fitness industry since 2003 and has participated and finished over twenty half marathons, long-distance road bike challenges (MS 150), and Obstacle Challenges (Spartan Beast, Tough Mudder and Warrior). As a group exercise instructor, he teaches a variety of classes which include Ultimate Fitness Experience (UXF Circuit), Cardio Cross-Training, Core Conditioning, Total Body Conditioning, Boxing Conditioning, TRXSuspension Training, Kettlebell Training, Boot Camp, Club Strength, Sports Circuit, BOSU Strength, BOSU Core, Pre-Season Sports conditioning, Daily Ultimate Training (DUT) and Sports Circuit.

I came to exercise/fitness to combat a chronic medical condition, and from that accidentally started teaching Spin classes. Over the past 25+ years, I have taught well over 6000 cycling classes and still get a kick out of it. I started doing yoga as a counterpoint to cycling 12 years ago and have taught it for the last eight years. When I’m not teaching a class I’m lifting weights, sailing or skiing. Being active keeps you young.

I’ve been teaching for 34 years. Being active has always been my way of life. I was a 2 sports athlete in college playing basketball and softball. After graduation, I just continued with my fitness journey by teaching classes and personal training.

I have been with Vision Sports Club since its opening in 2008. Once a certified elementary school teacher, my path changed upon my diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes in 2005. Since then my focus and passion have been to educate my clients on eating and exercising and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As a Certified personal trainer and Weight Management Specialist for 15 years, I create customized meal plans to help my clients reach not only their weight goals but their fitness goals.
My Motto: Fight the Fight with a strong mind and body and a full heart- you can’t lose.

Michael was certified as a MAD DOGG instructor in 2000; ACE Personal Training Certified in 1990 He is a former competitive bodybuilder, an avid road cyclist, and rides the RAMAPO RALLY and THE RIDE TO MONTAUK (160 miles from Penn Station to Montauk Point in one day) annually. After 31 years as a music educator, Michael has retired from his post as Director of Bands at River Dell Regional Schools. Teaching cycling is the perfect marriage of his 2 passions: Music and Fitness

I attended my first Yoga class (Hot Detox) at Vision on a dare one Sunday morning in Feb. 2009 and got hooked! My favorite workout is Hot Yoga - the hotter, the better. I also love/hate running (runners will understand).

Ron has been in the sports performance arena since 1999; trained hundreds of pro athletes in all sports. Specializing in NFL combine training under the mentorship of Martin Rooney and Bill Parisi for 10 years. He has been affiliated with Vision Sports Club for 13 years. He competed in bodybuilding and powerlifting, winning 7 national championships and 1 world championship combined, and won a USAPL and NPC national title in the same year, becoming the only person to achieve that feat.|

Rose Freeman has been with the Vision Family since 2012. She has been in the Fitness industry for over 30 years. Rose has a passion for helping people understand the mechanics of their individual body and to learn to respect oneself internally and externally. “Honor the body you brought today.”

Stephanie Costa has trained as a classical ballerina for over 25 years. She began her dance career at the Conservatory for Dance in Syracuse, N.Y. In Syracuse, performed in the Moscow ballet’s production of the Nutcracker. Stephanie attended Coupé Theatre Studio in Rockland County, NY where she studied ballet, pointe, tap, jazz and hip-hop. She has studied ballet, jazz, tap and musical theatre at Broadway Dance Center in NYC and been featured in Helen Hayes musical productions and videos. She has also studied Latin and Ballroom dance and performed as a salsa dancer in 2007. She regularly attends masterclasses at Broadway Dance Center and ZIN Jams at Zumba® Fitness.

Stephanie Herlihy began her dance fitness career 4 years ago and currently teaches locally in Rockland County NY. Stephanie’s Zumba licenses and trainings include Zumba® Basic 1. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science from Columbia University in Speech-Language Pathology. Stephanie has a passion for dancing and music. Her class is high energy with a strong focus on fitness. Stephanie has designed the class to be a fun and high-energy dance fitness class that burns a ton of calories while you are dancing to your favorite dance/hip hop songs that you hear on the radio! The music and moves are designed to make you forget that you are even working out! The movements target and tone the core, butt, and legs :) Come join a fun cardio workout class.
