With over 20 years of experience in personal training, John is passionate about helping clients reach their goals through tailored fitness plans. Their motivational approach and expertise in [specific area of expertise] ensure that each session is both effective and enjoyable.

2. Ed Weiss

Ed is a certified functional strength coach (CFSC) and a certified personal trainer with AAPT. Ed has been training and coaching children and adults to achieve their fitness goals through functional strength training and conditioning. His mission is to educate and help people achieve their fitness goals, while having fun doing so.

3. Mary Mileo

Mary Mileo is a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and E3 (Eating, Exercise & Education) certified specialist. She customizes meal plans that maximize fat loss and fit into your lifestyle. Mary teaches which foods fit into your daily plan and how to make the right food choices when shopping. Weekly meetings with her offer the support you need and help you track your progress as you begin your weight management journey.
