This program is designed to help educate you on the importance of consuming the right amount of the “right” calories for your body type and to reach your weight loss/fat loss goals.
It is a 10 week program in which you work one on one with our Fitness Nutrition Specialist and a specific meal plan (your own food) will be designed to match your lifestyle in order to help you begin your new path to successful weight management. You meet with your nutrition specialist on a weekly basis to check and work as a team to stay on track.

Mary Mileo is a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and E3 (eating, exercise & education) certified specialist. She will customize meal plans that maximize fat loss and fit into your lifestyle. She teaches you which foods fit into your daily plan and how to make the right food choices when you go shopping. Weekly meetings with Mary offer you the support you need and help you track your progress while you begin your weight management journey.
