Janet has been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 15 years through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). She also holds certifications in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Performance Flexibility, TRX, Kettlebell Level 1, CPR, First Aid and is an e3 Weight Management specialist. Along with personal training, Janet teaches high-intensity group fitness classes. She has also completed 2 Marathons. Janet likes to challenge her clients and class members with all types of weight-based and body-based strength training for an overall balanced workout. “Keep challenging the body with different types of workouts and the body will respond.
