With 65+ Group X classes, there’s something for everyone at Vision Sports Club. Our Group X classes are divided into four categories: Yoga & Pilates, Indoor Cycle, Dance Fitness, and Group Strength & Conditioning. Not sure which class to join? Dance Fitness

Our Dance Fitness classes are judgment-free, super fun, and suitable for all levels. These dance routines are easy to follow and incorporate elements of cardio and fitness. You are bound to have the experience of a lifetime as you dance your heart out and burn fat simultaneously.

Boxing Classes

Heavy Bag Boxing

If the fighter in you needs a place to hone their boxing skills, our Heavy Bag Boxing classes might just be what you’re looking for. These classes are open to all levels. Whether you’re new to boxing or interested in professional boxing, our certified trainers will be there to guide you at every step of the journey.

BOX!

We all get a little frustrated sometimes due to work, relationships, or other personal reasons. That’s totally okay! What’s not okay is to let that frustration turn into unresolved anger, which then contributes to physical and emotional stress. So if you want to throw a few punches to take out all that anger, our BOX! class provides you with the opportunity to punch and kick a free-standing heavy Wavemaster bag. The bonus point is that you’ll experience a substantial increase in your strength and stamina.

Boxing Conditioning

These classes combine strength work and cardio conditioning. They are full of energy which will become evident to you as you move through a series of seven to nine 3-minute rounds, alternating between speed and power. You’ll master the six basic boxing punches and achieve a stronger, more firm body as well as total body balance.
